Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekera stated yesterday that the Sapugaskanda Refinery would resume operations for the first time since March 20th, with a crude oil shipment unloading.
“The refinery will start producing Fuel Oil in 6 days” Minister said.
Minister also revealed the details of the current fuel stocks available in the country.
