Materials Required:

  • Two pineapples
  • Two tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 100 grams of red onion

  • One cup of well-squeezed condensed milk

Method

Remove the pulp from two well-peeled ripe pineapples and cut them into squares. After that, put a pot of the required size on the stove and heat a little coconut oil in it. Then put all the red onion, green chilli, chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, rampe, curry powder, and salt powder in the container with coconut oil and heat it until it turns golden. Change the salt and pepper powder as per your taste and as per your family members’ preference. Then add the chopped pineapple pieces to the mixture you have tempered and mix it well by turning it over with a spoon. Pour the cup of squeezed milk into the bowl of tempered pineapple with a good aroma. After that, leave it to bloom well for about 10 minutes and take it off the stove. Now you can enjoy delicious pineapple fish and it tastes even better when added to your food hot.
