State Minister Tharaka Balasuriya says that the process of restructuring public institutions cannot be interpreted as a sale of national resources.

According to this, the state minister said that some solutions can be found for the existing economic problem.

The State Minister further stated that if an institution has to be maintained by people’s tax money, it cannot be referred to as a national resource and when the government keeps a certain amount of shares and gives the rest, it should be asked whether it is a sale.
