The decision of the Supreme Court regarding the Anti-Terrorism Bill was informed to the Parliament today (20). Accordingly, it has been decided that some clauses should be passed by a special majority and some other clauses by a special majority and a referendum.
However, the decision further states that it can be passed by a simple majority in the Parliament only if the amendments mentioned by the Supreme Court are made at the time of the Committee.
