The unloading of 37,000 metric tons of octane 92 petrol and 100,000 metric tons of crude oil has started today (16).
Also, the unloading of 40,000 metric tons of diesel, which started unloading two days ago, is scheduled to be completed tomorrow (17).
Electricity and Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekera further stated that the related payments for another 40,000 metric tons of diesel stock will be released after making the payments.
