The Excise Department has announced that liquor shops across the country will be closed tomorrow (13) and tomorrow (14) for Sinhala and Hindu New Year.
However, for the convenience of resident tourists in Excise Rabi 07 and special boutique villa-licensed hotels, permission has been given to operate those licenses, the department further stated.
