The Lady Ridgeway Hospital for Children (LRH) in Colombo has urged parents and guardians to bring essential medical documents when seeking treatment or attending clinic appointments, as the hospital experiences a significant increase in the number of children requiring care due to the ongoing dengue outbreak.
LRH Director Dr. Pradeep Ratnasekara stated that the cooperation of parents and guardians is crucial in ensuring that children receive timely and efficient medical attention despite the increased congestion at the hospital.

- Personal Health Number (PHN) or barcode card
- Child Health Development Record (CHDR) or weight record book
- Records of any drug or food allergies
- Clinic books
