Compared to the last 6 months, the price of dried fish has decreased by 35% to 40%, says the Dry Fish Importers Association.
According to that, the price of dried fish has decreased significantly due to the good harvest of local and foreign dried fish stocks, said the vice president of the association, R.G. Wilson noted.
He further mentioned that due to the dollar and fuel problem in the past, the local fishing industry was affected and however, a good harvest is coming locally.
