05) When standing up after sitting on the floor, stand up slowly and safely.

06) Drink water while sleeping.

07) Do not sit with the body stretched out unnecessarily.

08) Instead of sitting still, walk slowly.

09) Remember that too much of anything is unnecessary.

10) Avoid eating hot food unnecessarily.

11) Maintain body heat.

12) Keep the mind always happy without stress.
