Minister of Power and Energy Kanchana Wijesekera says that the Cabinet has approved the proposal given by the committee appointed to restructure the Electricity Board.
The Minister further states that according to the recommendations given, the Electricity Board Restructuring Act will be prepared within a month and the restructuring process will be implemented as soon as possible from today (29).
