A Sri Lankan citizen is reportedly among those who perished in the stampede that occurred at a Halloween party in Seoul, the capital of South Korea, according to Minister of Foreign Affairs Ali Sabri.
Accordingly, it is said that a 27-year-old man residing in Kandy has died.
