According to Midigama police, a group of people who came from a car shot the owner of the oven shop in front of the Ahangama Midigama tourist cafe shop last night (29).
The victim was hospitalized and a hospital spokesman said his condition was critical.
While he was on a motorcycle in front of his restaurant, a group of people from a car shot him and fled and the police said that a group of disciples of Nadun Chinthaka Wickramaratne aka “Harak Kata” may have carried out the shooting. (Lankadeepa)
