Army’s Maheesh Theekshana, who represented the Sri Lankan team that won the Asia Cup Cricket Championship, has been promoted to the rank of Sergeant.
This promotion has been given at a ceremony organized yesterday (20) at the Army Headquarters to recognize the athletes who have shown outstanding performance in the international arena while representing the Army.
