Trade Minister Nalin Fernando says that the Board of Directors including the Chairman of the Consumer Affairs Authority have resigned.
It is reported that according to a notification made by the minister, the board of directors consisting of 15 people, including Shantha Niriella, has resigned.
The Trade Minister further says that the new Board of Directors will be appointed on Monday.
